A 100% Refund will be provided if cancelled within 24hrs of your booking.
Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
No refunds will be give for cancellations closer than 24hrs to the commencment of your booking, or for no-shows.
Refunds will be processed the day of cancellation, but may take 3-5 business days to complete the transfer depending on your bank.
